Located along the Mid-state Trail, Maple Heights farm is certified organic. Produce beef, pork, chicken, eggs (animal products are not certified) and organic vegetables. Beef is 100% grass fed on organic hay. Pork and chicken is pastured and fed a high quality balanced whole grain. Study the minerals in soil in the hopes of producing some of the most nutritious food in the region. Offer classes/demonstrations on food preservation. Volunteer opportunities in the vegetable garden.
